Return Policy

All items are inspected by House of Vaughan before shipping.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order,  item(s) must be returned unworn, undamaged, unaltered, unwashed, with tags still attached within 5 days of your delivery. Item(s) will be inspected by House of Vaughan before a credit will be issued.  All discounted or sale items are final and cannot be returned.  Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

House of Vaughan does not offer refunds.  Only a store credit will be issued. All discounted or sale items are final and cannot be returned.  Shipping/Handling charges will not be included in the store credit.

To file a claim for a return, please email  info@thehouseofvaughan.com.  Please include your name, style name and reason for return.
