Refund policy
House of Vaughan takes great care to inspect each item for any damages before shipping.
We do not offer refunds.
Exchanges :
For regularly priced items, you may request an exchange within 5 days of receiving your order. You may exchange for the same item if in stock, or an item of your choice of equal value or pay any differences in cost when applicable. The item must be in the condition that it arrived to you, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. If you need to exchange your item, send us an email at houseofvaughanfashion@gmail.com.
A store credit, if applicable, will be issued once the items are received back to House of Vaughan.
Clearance and Sale Items:
Clearance and sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning merchandise. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
